This information is then handed over to the script writing department who, in turn, will write a script for your on hold message and music, specifically for you. You will then receive a written copy of your script, to be sure all segments are worded correctly. You are the final editor, and have complete control over the script and what is produced.
Step 3 / Production
Once you approve the script, your custom on hold message and music will be produced by a one of our highly experienced voice talents and mixed with licensed music. We can suggest the music and talent that we feel would work best for your on hold program, or you’re welcome to choose from samples of voice talent and music from our vast library – all available online.
Step 4 / Plug it In
Your custom program is produced on a CD, or loaded onto an optional digital on-hold player, which guarantees the highest clarity and longevity. We ship all productions via FedEx, and they arrive with specific easy-to-understand instructions to connect to your phones.
